Our Risk Assessors conduct lead based paint inspections using an XRF gun to determine the presence, severity and location of lead based paint hazards. Our team can be relied upon to conduct clearance test, participate in EBLL (Elevated blood lead level) cases and abatement projects. If your property was completely renovated and abated of lead, a lead free inspection is only needed 1-time for the life of the property for rental property certifications.
Lead Safe
In Philadelphia and surrounding areas, a new law requires landlords and daycare owners to conduct lead dust testing to certify that the property is safe for occupancy before the issuance of a rental license or new or renewed lease. This requirement applies to all residential properties built before 1978.
Soil Testing
Children and adults can be exposed to Lead in Soil in several ways:
*Playing or gardening in contaminated soil.
*Tracking Soil indoors.
*Consuming home grown produce.
*Renovation or Construction activities.
*Living near industrial sites or busy roads.
Our Certified Risk Assessors can test soil for lead and make recommendations to reduce contamination and expose to lead in soil.
Water Testing

Even low levels of lead exposure can lead to developmental delays, learning difficulties, and behavioral issues in children. In adults, it can contribute to high blood pressure, kidney damage, and reproductive issues. If lead is detected in water, testing allows for timely interventions, such as using filters, replacing lead pipes, or adopting other methods to reduce or eliminate lead contamination. This is essential for preventing long-term exposure.
